Step 2: Updating Your Android Phone

Your phone’s main system (called the operating system) needs occasional updates.

How to Update Your Phone

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap System (sometimes called Software Update).
3. Tap System Update or Check for Updates.
4. If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
